This year we had a very special Christmas visitor. His name was Alfie, the Elf on the Shelf. Alfie's job is to hang out and watch over us all, and report back to Santa each night to determine whether the boys should be on the Naughty or Nice list. He also got up to all kinds of mischief while we were sleeping...

And I really wish people would stop telling me that! I'm not ready. I'm not gonna be ready in 8 days either.

Happy first day of Christmas!
We had Spirit Night last week...the kids had a ball, and it was so nice to see that although our new school is half the size of the old one, there was easily double the turnout for their Christmas concert!
