Wow...
We got a CD in the mail this week, full of old pictures (thank you Daddy-in-law!).
We've always known Saxon looks like Steff, but OMG I never realised just how much! Like mirror image much...
This photo is Saxon. Only it was taken 35 years before he was even born. But it IS him...I would swear on a stack of D700 manuals.
Steff is so pleased with himself - he made his very own Mini-Me ;o) Let's just hope he grows up with better taste in hairstyles (braids and beads? Oh baby...you know you're a pasty white boy, right? :oP). And women (Olan Mills portraits?? *snicker*). Ahhh those crazy 90's. We'll just blame the drugs and leave it at that, shall we? xx

Sometimes...
I wonder exactly how I ended up in this life. I mean, when you're 15 and fantasising about where you'll be in 20 years, I'm pretty sure that very few people suspect that they'll be refereeing arguments about who can do a bigger poo. Oh yes...that's my week.
Saxon: Mummy! Quick! Me did a gimornous poo! It's gimornous!
Me: Oh yay.
Wyatt: (almost bowls me over in the hallway on his way to the toilet) Show me Saxon! Let me see!
Me: NOOOO!! Yuck, we don't look at poo!
Wyatt: Saxon that's not a ginormous poo. I can do WAY bigger poo's than that.
Saxon: WAHHHHHHHH mummy Wyatt say my poo is not gimornous! WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Me: (really, what can you say to this??)
Wyatt & Saxon: Continue arguing about poo size all the way to school.
Awesome.
And then we have this little gem...
Wyatt: Mummy, mummy! Look what I did! (proudly points to hole in front lawn and pile of dirt now residing on path)
Me: Wyatt! You can't dig holes in the yard! Now there's dirt all over the concrete too! That's naughty!
Wyatt: Oh.
Silence for 30 seconds...
Wyatt: Saxon did it.
And this morning...
Saxon is toilet trained, but some days he's still a little lazy. He had a small accident in his "underwears" and I'd sat him on the toilet while I washed them out. He was yelling at me from down the hall...
Saxon: Mummy! If you don't let me get off here NOW I'm going wee and poo on your head and you're going to be disgusting!
Me: You're MORE disgusting...you keep pooing in your pants!
Saxon: Well you will be second disgusting then!
Ahhh the joys. Seriously wouldn't have it any other way. Well ok that's a lie...I could live without the pooey underwears.
And now that I've got you all green with envy, because you know you wanna be me :oP ...some cuteness!
