Once upon a time...
In a land far far away, there lived a king and a queen and their four beautiful children... Unfortunately they were way too boring to write about, so you're all stuck with the Dimmock's instead!
We're a bit of a fractured fairytale.I can't promise to update every day...I'm a bit slack like that (shhh), but I'll do my best to keep it up.
And they all lived happily ever after...well that's the plan at least :oP
For awhile now Lis has been wanting something to go on her feature wall in their living room. This was our 365 pic from Friday night...it just screamed BIG! So it's being printed as a 40 x 26 inch gallery wrap canvas to hang above their couch. At the time, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of glorious sunset colours because of the overcast sky, but looking at it now, I don't think it could have been more perfect :o)

Yeah...this is better.
Even though sometimes his halo slips. Alot.
I know...a bit dorky! I was bored though, and searching for angel pics for inspiration for an idea I have for an upcoming shoot. Came across some wing brushes over at DeviantArt and couldn't resist. I think I might want it on a canvas for my office. Maybe.

Our poor little munchkin is sick. We've all had various coughs and sneezes lately, but Wyatt seems to have copped it this week. Sore throat, fever, can't talk (just squeaks at us), and last night he woke up struggling to breathe and barking like a dog. In fact, if anyone has had the pleasure of spending some time with Max during a thunder storm, you'll understand exactly how Wyatt sounds right now!
Anyway...had to call Daddy home from work and take a trip to the Dr's. Wyatt's not a big fan of Dr's at the best of times, and he was adamant that they were NOT going to put a stick in his mouth (tongue depresser). Of course, they had to check his throat to rule out tonsilitis. Did not go well. We tried to beg, bribe, plead...there was no way he was opening his mouth. In the end we had to hold him down and forcibly open it. It wasn't fun for anyone :o(
The verdict was no tonsilitis, but he has croup. God only knows how we're going to get his medicine into him tonight!
When we came home he wanted to make dinosaurs, and after his ordeal this morning I was happy to let him do whatever he wanted. So I melted the chocolate, and he filled the molds all by himself. They looked a little messy from the back...
But the other side looks good :o)
And we had chocolate left over. And candy cups in the pantry. And peanut butter. I really had no choice!
Peanut butter cups. Possibly the best thing to ever come out of the United States (well after Buffy of course...)

300 to go. I'm into week 10 and I haven't missed a day. I'm so proud of me.
